Isn’t Caroline Martin wonderful? It’s a shame that she has cancelled her UK tour and forthcoming album. I hope she reconsiders and plays a show in Shanghai one of these days. She’s the real deal. Caroline plays beautiful, sparse folk music with very dark lyrics. She once played a set at a rowdy punk club called Choke in Bristol and the whole crowd stopped talking to hang on to every word of her songs.
