		<description>IT might appear that the BBC has a bottomless supply of money, but I hope the service is only being suspended so it can be evaluated and relaunched in the near future possibly with changes to meet some of the concerns. £150 million is a lot of money to flush down the toilet. I do not see it being written off lightly.</description>

		<description>What interests me here is that the whole project was set up in what, at the time, was deemed a tough regulatory framework - so it is very bad (and expensive and wasteful) news that this framework hasn&#039;t worked. Whether the fault lies on the part of the BBC or the government isn&#039;t clear at this point</description>
