I have found yet another way to waste your time on the Internet. Cuts is a web based online video editor that lets you make simple changes to Youtube videos such as add captions, fart noises and loops. You can even cut out footage to rewrite the history of Shanghai to suit your own attention deficit disorder. I took this video of a Maglev journey, originally uploaded to Youtube by tehfenton and took out all the face shots that spoiled the moody atmosphere of the instrumental soundtrack. Notice how I have hacked it in all the wrong places to give the movie the startling segues you may see during love scenes at Hollywood movies shown at your local cinema.

It would be good if there was a way of mixing up more than one video in the same edit so I could bring Dawn of the Dead into a Shanghai shopping mall.
