Shanghai Repatriates Fake Foreign Football Player

POLICE yesterday repatriated a foreign man at (Shanghai) Pudong International Airport ( who claimed to be a football player to join in trial training in a Chinese club.
The muscular man was dressed as an athlete and held a fake Gambian passport. He said a Chinese football club invited him to join in its trial training and showed the police training kits in his bag.
When police asked the man to show documents to prove the club invited him, he did not have any, and continued to insist that he was there to play football in China.
Later, the police proved that the man’s passport was fabricated and then repatriated. him.
