Making Tong Yuen
Here is a little video I put together using the online video editor, Eyespot. It teaches you how to make your own glutinous rice ball dumplings with ice cream and chocolate sauce. You can buy the rice balls at any convenience store for just a few kuai. By the way, tong yuen should be spelled “tang yuen”, but I took the pinyin from the packet. Today is my wedding anniversary. We have been married for a year, but we will not eat rice dumplings tonight.
